Exit 38 Adopt a Crag

Join the Conservation Team and Washington Climber Coalition at Exit 38 outside of Seattle, Washington.

The team will work in conjunction with Washington State Parks to complete a multiyear project stabilizing staging areas at Substation and connecting to the Iron Horse trail. They will build stairs and retaining walls in an effort to make this popular crag sustainable.

Meet at 8:30 AM at the Substation parking lot. Work wraps up around 3 PM. 

For all Adopt a Crag events, please keep in mind the following:

  • Wear closed toed shoes. Long sleeves and pants are recommended.

  • Bring water, snacks, and extra layers for the elements.

  • Be prepared to be challenged, work hard, and gain sending karma points!
